Scamps Pre-school policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and amended as necessary. All staff, Committee members and parents are required to read and agree with the latest policy documents. [Updated policies will be available to download here shortly]
For any complaints, we have a designated book which can be found in the cloakroom along with the Complaints Policy – this can be found on the wall along with information on how to lodge your grievance with Ofsted.
